1.         Introduction
GorillaBlaster.com is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. We have created this Privacy Policy to give you confidence as you visit and use the Website, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and to the protection of your privacy. Because we value your trust, we pledge to do everything we can to handle your personal, private or sensitive information carefully, responsibly and securely.

Please note that this Privacy Policy is only applicable to the GorillaBlaster and this Website, and not to any third-party websites, each of which may have data collection, storage and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.

GorillaBlaster reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, update, change or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such update, change or modification on this page. Any such addition, update, change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Each time you use the Website, the then-current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, each time you use the Website you should check the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the end) and review any changes since the last time you used the Website.

Your use of the Website and/or your registration for GorillaBlaster’s Services constitutes your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.

2.         Information Collected
(a) Traffic Data. Like most website operators, GorillaBlaster automatically gathers information of the sort that browsers automatically make available, including: (i) IP addresses; (ii) domain servers; (iii) types of computers accessing the Website; and (iv) types of Web browsers accessing the Website (collectively 'Traffic Data'). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you.

(b) Cookies. A 'Cookie' is a string of information that a website stores on a user's computer, and that the user's browser provides to the website each time the user submits a query to the website. The purpose of a Cookie is to identify the user as a unique user of the Website.

(c) Personal Information. In order for you to use the Services offered by GorillaBlaster, you will be required to complete a registration form, and submit a resume and provide to GorillaBlaster certain information that personally identifies you ('Personal Information'). Personal Information may include the following categories of information: (1) Contact Data (such as your name, mailing address, and e-mail address); (2) Financial Data (such as your credit card number); (3) Demographic Data (such as your age and zip code); and (4) Professional Data (such as skills, training, work experience, employment history, and education). In each case, you will be asked to provide Personal Information; GorillaBlaster will not gather it surreptitiously.

3.         Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
GorillaBlaster collects and uses Personal Information for the following purposes:
(a) to understand your needs regarding GorillaBlaster’s Services;
(b) to fulfill your requests for Services or information;
(c) to communicate with you and other site visitors, when necessary;
(d) to allow you to access limited-entry areas of GorillaBlaster’s site;

(a) Traffic Data and Information Gathered Using Cookies. From time to time, GorillaBlaster may release Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies in the aggregate, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Website. GorillaBlaster will not attempt to link any information gathered using Cookies to Personal Information.

(b) Personal and Professional Data

Except under the following circumstances, GorillaBlaster will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties:

GorillaBlaster discloses your Personal Information to those who help it provide the Services, including those who perform technical, administrative and data processing tasks such as hosting, billing, and data storage and security. Only those GorillaBlaster employees that have a legitimate business purpose for accessing and handling Personal Information obtained by us are given authorization to do so. The unauthorized access or use of such information by any GorillaBlaster employee is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action. The third parties to whom GorillaBlaster discloses Personal Information have agreed to abide by this Privacy Policy, or have privacy policies with restrictions no less stringent that GorillaBlaster’s restrictions, with respect to the information provided to them.

GorillaBlaster’s Services are designed to help prospective employees locate employers. In order to provide its Services your resume and Personal Information which you provided will be sent to and be disclosed to prospective employers so that the employer may contact you directly regarding employment opportunities.

GorillaBlaster may disclose your Personal Information when required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena or court order, or when GorillaBlaster believes that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of GorillaBlaster.

GorillaBlaster reserves the right to transfer all Personal Information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of GorillaBlaster’s assets.

If you have failed to pay any balance owed in consideration of the Services, GorillaBlaster may, as permitted by law, report your Personal Information, including without limitation your unpaid balance, to consumer credit reporting services, collection agencies.

After your account becomes inactive (that is, if you request to be removed from our database), GorillaBlaster will keep your Personal Information in its archives. Your information will then be used only as necessary for tax reasons or to prove GorillaBlaster’s compliance with any applicable law.
